Cancellation Policy | Discounted Mexico Resorts

All reservation are subject to a $50 USD service fee if a reservation is canceled. Plus the following:
Reservations cancelled 7 days or more will receive 100% refund of the Palace Resorts portion. If cancelled in less than 7 nights, there is a 1 night penalty fee.
For Hard Rock reservations, guests who cancel 31 days prior to arrival, have a penalty fee of $100 USD. If cancelled in less than 31 days prior to arrival, the penalty is $600 USD.
If you must cancel on the day the reservation is to begin, all monies will be forfeited!
